What's happening in Zagreb?
Get introduced to the ministries we're part of and the people in Zagreb working to be the hands and feet of Christ...
The Kušlanova Church
The Kušlanova church consists of about 40 members who love meeting together and love the Lord. The last Sunday of each month we enjoy a fellowship meal together, which has especially been a hit with the teen group that has been growing steadily over the last year!
We have children's and teen's Bible classes, worship, and discipleship groups for new and old Christians alike.

Story-Telling Ministry:
All Things to All People

Family Discipleship Ministry:
Home on a Hill
Savannah began producing weekly family discipleship guides in Croatia previously and experienced a great response from the families and the churches she shared them with. This curriculum will be translated and shared throughout the churches of Croatia to strengthen their families and equip them to engage with their communities in meaningful, Spirit-led moments.

It can be challenging to figure out how to help your kids understand Jesus and how faith is relevant to their lives. These lessons are designed to help your family connect with God's word in tangible ways each week through mindful reflection and practical actions.

Home on a Hill discipleship lessons open the door for the Spirit to lead your home in three steps:
1. Learn what God is saying to you by engaging with this lesson's Bible reading and short reflection
2. Act on the call he has placed on you this week by selecting one of the three response options provided
3. Pray with God about what you have heard from him and how he wants his Word to change you, using the lesson's prayer guide
Zach will be leading a ministry helping believers across the Croatian churches find and tell their stories of faith. As a fruit of this ministry, he is also producing a podcast to tell those stories for a larger audience. Zach introduces this ministry below, and you can follow the link to hear the first episode!

When God reveals himself in scripture, most of the time, he's telling a story.
Most often, he tells the story of his partnership with people: people who made mistakes and did things right, people who won and lost, people "who by faith conquered kingdoms, performed acts of righteousness, obtained promises, shut the mouths of lions, quenched the power of fire, escaped the edge of the sword, from weakness were made strong, became mighty in war, put foreign armies to flight. Women [who] received back their dead by resurrection; and others [who] were tortured, not accepting their release, so that they might obtain a better resurrection; and others [who] experienced mocking and flogging, and further, chains and imprisonment." (Heb 11:33-37)
Most important of all, he tells the story of his partnership with Jesus--the one in whom the full truth and power of God's partnership with humans is known.
But God is not done telling stories, and he's not done partnering with people. All he needs is a little faith.
This podcast is an attempt to tell the stories of God at work through his human partners. It's an attempt to help Christians realize they have stories to tell. It's an attempt to equip Christians with the power of their own testimony.

The hope behind this podcast is that if we begin to see the possibility of God's story in all things, we'll grow in courage to tell God's story to all people.
Summer Camps and
Youth Outreach

Champ’s Camps are Christian camps for ages 6-12, offered twice during the month of June. Champ's Camps have been an amazing success in Zagreb, welcoming children from all over Croatia and bringing together many different congregations through our love of the Lord. The Camps have also given opportunity to connect with families from surrounding neighborhoods and bring them into the Church, introducing children and parents to a relationship with God and his body of believers in Zagreb.
Eventually, the kids grow too old to go to Champ's Camp, but many of them have opened their hearts to seeking to know Christ. Our co-workers, Steve, Mateja and Igor began the Nešto Više (Something More) ministry to invest in these teens and give them weekly community together. They study the Bible, fellowship, and have a music ministry learning to play instruments and perform worship songs as a group. Our hope is to model the hands and feet of Jesus, and open the door to experiencing relationship with him.
