It's a beautiful Spring in Zagreb! We had the annual Easter-egg hunt, the arrival of our Let's Start Talking teams has begun, and Champs Camp starts next month.
The first day of May is a national holiday in Croatia, and for several years in a row now, the Kušlanova congregation has gone to the Sibley's house in a neighboring village for food, fellowship, and an Easter-egg hunt.
There were probably about 40-50 people present (kids included).

Above is a place for the very young kids to search for eggs.

There was another big group of kids playing soccer just outside of this photo.
Savannah and I had a great time playing games with the kids, while other adults hid eggs. Church members, friends of the church, and even just kids from the neighborhood were there. But instead of describing everything we did, I thought it would be better to show you with pictures, and to briefly introduce you to some of the kids.
Just hover your mouse over the picture to read more about the people in it!

The summer Let's Start Talking (LST) ministry has also begun. God has REALLY blessed this ministry here as we've had more than 100 people contact the church about joining! We've got a huge waiting list right now, but it's a good problem to have.
If you're not familiar with LST, it's a ministry based in the US that send people all around the globe on short-term missions (usually 1-2 months). The ministry is based on offering people a chance to practice their English with native speakers using the Gospel as a discussion topic.
Savannah and I won't be reading with anyone this time, but we've already started building relationships with one reader--going to coffee with her, and inviting her to our house--and that's the role we plan to play in ministering to the other readers as well.
Please be praying for the LST ministry and for the upcoming Champs Camp.
Thank you so much for your comments, support, and prayers.
Peace.
