We're here!

Zach and I have landed safely in Zagreb! There were bumps along the way, but our path was also filled with sweet encounters.

Flight attendants went above and beyond when our very first flight was delayed, walking through the aisles during the flight checking everyone's connecting gates for them. When we missed our next flight anyway, we were given a night in a nice hotel and free meal vouchers for our layover, and we got to spend that layover time connecting with three kind people who were going to be a part of God's work in other parts of Europe. When we thought we were going to have another overnight stay, this time in the Istanbul airport, they got us booked on an earlier flight! And - one of my favorite things - the airplane food was AWESOME. Zach's luggage didn't make it through to our final destination, but the airport staff was very helpful and is set to deliver his suitcase to us as soon as it joins us in Croatia!

Tomorrow we will apply for our long term stay and get to spend some time visiting with our friends here. Thank you all so much for the prayers and support!
